Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately; however, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur, particularly with natural materials and live plants.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Any pricing errors will be corrected before an order is processed.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Whylde reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Whylde is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy. Live plants are excluded from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and designs, is the property of Whylde and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Whylde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
