Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched using trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely.
Delivery times typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Plants and fragile items
Live plants and fragile décor items are packaged with extra care. While we do everything possible to protect them in transit, we recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and notifying us of any issues as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
Due to their nature, live plants cannot be returnedunless they arrive damaged or unhealthy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
